Thank you for purchasing/subscribing to one of our courses, service packages, or goods. We make sure that our users have a great time discovering, evaluating, and purchasing/subscribing to our online courses, online workshops, service packages, and E-books.
The Refund Policy is governed by the same terms & conditions that apply to any online/offline purchase /subscription experience. The refund policy followed by our company is as follows:
- Enrolment in an online course programs will not be confirmed until the registration process is completed and the needed billing information is complete in every way. Purchasers or subscribers will only be granted access to the learner’s site, materials, E-books, and online access to the course after paying the full amount.
- Subject to legitimate grounds, refunds can be provided before to attending any online course session and prior to accessing/downloading any E-books or materials contained in the course.
- The amount refunded will be the amount collected after the offers or special offers have been activated, plus transaction and cancellation fees in some situations.
- From the time the firm approves the refund, it will be handled in 5-8 working days. While we make every effort to provide online courses, service packages, and E-books in accordance with the marketing, offers, discounts, and other information provided, we reserve the right to change the content of our courses from time to time to keep up with advancements in various fields around the world. Furthermore, we retain the right to suspend or terminate the access of any Purchasers or subscribers to the online courses who are determined to be disrupting our products or services through misbehavior at any time.
- The customer has the right to reschedule an online course program. if it is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or political reasons. Only reschedule in the future course scheduled time if the scheduled course has a time limit.
- If you need to seek a refund, please contact us using the same e-mail address that you used to acquire your login or registration credentials. For the same type of inquiry, you can also contact our customer service staff. For all returns, identification is required, and in some situations, a cancellation fee may be imposed.
